Brianna Kelly, MBA, RHIA, is a seasoned health information management professional with deep expertise in value based care, population health, and enterprise health information strategy. As a Senior Population Health Manager and IT Liaison supporting Hackensack Meridian Health, she drives performance improvement, advances practice transformation, and serves as a trusted subject matter expert across clinical and analytics platforms.
